• Quotations remain valid for a period of seven (7) days and do not create any obligations until the Seller confirms the Purchaser's Order. 
• The Seller's terms and conditions take precedence over those of the Purchaser in their entirety, and any changes must be officially approved in writing by an authorized representative of the Seller to be considered binding.
